The first is Isaac Teitelbaum MD, FACP. He is the Medical Director of the Home Dialysis Program at the University of Colorado Hospital. Additionally, he has served as a leader and member of a number of international bodies such as the International Society of Nephrology, the International Society for Peritoneal Dialysis and the Kidney Health Initiative of the American Society of Nephrology. Dr. Teitelbaum has also published extensive research on peritoneal dialysis.
The second is Dr Jeffrey Perl, a nephrologist at St. Michael’s Hospital and Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Toronto. Dr. Perl received The John Maher Young Investigator Award by The International Society of Peritoneal Dialysis (2016). His research, clinical practice, and publications focus on improving outcomes in home dialysis.
Additionally, Ze’ev Sharon, M.D. joined as Chief Medical Officer. He is a Nephrologist, emeritus Professor of medicine at Rush Medical School, Chicago, Illinois, USA. He was also Senior partner and CEO of Atlanta Nephrology Referral Center (ANRC), Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Ze’ev brings over 35 years of experience in managing dialysis facilities and home peritoneal dialysis programs.
